Fluorochromes are also known as “fluorophores”.  These are fluorescent dyes or probes used to visualize cells, organelles, or proteins of interest.  We list many of the most common fluorochromes used in biological and medical applications. Most other fluorochromes are spectrally similar to at least one of the fluorochromes on our list.  If you can find a fluorochrome which is similar to the one you are using, then those recommended filter sets will be appropriate.  If you have any questions, please contact us.
