Human Lymphoblasts

IMAGE DESCRIPTION
Fluorescent in situ hybridization detects the DNA of the proto-oncogene myc (green) and immunoglobulin lambda gene (red) loci in human lymphoblasts. Nuclear DNA (blue) was stained using DAPI. Composite single cell array images are used to study the three-dimensional organization of genomes in the cell nucleus. Fluorescence signals were visualized on a Nikon Eclipse 800 upright microscope.
