Mammary epithelial ducts
Mammary epithelial ducts are composed of two cell layers: luminal epithelial cells and myoepithelial cells. In this image of mouse mammary
epithelial ducts, the luminal epithelial cells are marked by an antibody against E-Cadherin (green; Chroma HQ525/50), myoepithelial cells are marked
with an antibody against smooth muscle alpha-actin (red; Chroma HQLP580), and all nuclei are stained with DAPI (blue; Chroma HQ460/50).
The image was collected on a Solamere spinning-disk confocal microscope.
