Mouse fibroblast

Mouse fibroblast stained for microtubules (red filaments) and DNA (DAPI, blue). The images were taken with a 60x 1.4 NA objective
on a Nikon Eclipse TE300. The microtubule image was inverted, pseudocolored in red and then overlayed with the phase contrast (green)
and the DAPI channel (blue). Cy2/FITC (microtubules), DAPI (nucleus), phase contrast transmitted light in FITC.
