Chroma Technology Corp. and 89 North are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that values and embraces different ethnicities, races, cultures, ages, educational backgrounds, sexual and gender identities, belief systems, skills, and capabilities. Based on our company’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) we have laid the groundwork with the DEIB Council. 

Our Mission

The all-volunteer Council is made up of a diverse set of employees who are also dedicated to supporting DEIB at Chroma and 89 North. 

We understand that fostering a workplace culture that celebrates diversity, promotes equity, ensures inclusion, and fosters a sense of belonging is not just a goal but a fundamental part of our identity. Our commitment to DEIB is ingrained in our values and reflected in our actions.
