Shipping within the US
Standard two business days via UPS or FedEx including Alaska and Hawaii. We’ll determine the best method unless otherwise specified. Pricing subject to change without notice.
International Shipments
Standard via FedEx International Priority, unless otherwise specified. The receiver is responsible for any taxes and duties incurred. Chroma is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping & handling charges are based on the value of the order. The value of the order includes the total price of the items and does not include any applicable sales tax.
Returns
We understand that returning a product, even a demo unit, is not an ideal use of your time. That's why we've designed a relatively easy return process outlined below. While we strive to make this as effortless as possible, some details must come from you. To ensure your return is processed promptly, please follow these steps. If you have any questions, our Customer Service team is ready to assist you. Please note that obtaining an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) from Chroma before returning any product is required. The product must be returned prepaid and insured to Chroma.
Important Notice: If a product is returned without a specified reason (reasons are important), Chroma reserves the right not to evaluate it and return it to you at your expense.
Steps for Returning a Product:
To obtain an RMA Number do one of the following:
Submit an RMA Request Online.
Call Customer Support at +1 800-824-7662.
Email returns@chroma.com to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Prepare your shipment:
Complete the required information on the supplied RMA form and include it with your return shipment
Package the item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container.
For International shipments:
Provide the "Declaration of Foreign Shipper" form (for US-made goods being returned to the country of origin for warranty/repair - Optical filters #9801.00.90) to your shipping company or freight forwarder.
Include a copy of this form inside your shipping container.
